Custom software and web applications
When Excel sheets and off-the-shelf programs reach their limits, we build a web application that maps exactly your process: in the browser, without installation, with permissions for every role.
Discuss an applicationWho it is for
For businesses whose processes are spread across spreadsheets, emails and notes, or who pay a lot for off-the-shelf software and use only a small part of it.
Typical starting points
- The status of an order lives in an Excel sheet that only one person understands.
- Sales and warehouse coordinate by shouting across the room and by email.
- The off-the-shelf software does not fit the process, and customisations are expensive.
- Reports are put together by hand at the end of the month.
How we approach it
We build step by step: first the part that saves the most effort, then the next ones. That way you work with the application early, and your experience feeds into further development.
Technically, we use Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. The application runs in the browser, on your own server if you want. Roles and permissions define who can see and change what, and important changes are logged.
Business logic such as status changes or calculations is tested automatically before a new version goes live.

What it costs
We quote the price after the intro call, in a written quote. Larger applications can be split into stages with their own price each, so you can decide after each stage how to continue.
Care plans and pricingProcess
Intro call, written quote with a fixed scope and price, delivery with interim versions you can review. Afterwards, care at a monthly price if you want it.
The process in detailIn practice

Frequently asked questions
Can the application run on our own server?
Yes, if you want. ORDIO, for example, runs on the client's server. Alternatively, the application runs with a hosting provider.
Can we start with a small part?
Yes, we recommend it. The first stage should cover the process that costs the most time today.
Who looks after the application after launch?
We can, under a care contract at a fixed monthly price. Scope and response times are set out in the quote.
Which work should your team stop doing by hand?
In an intro call we work out where automation pays off. No obligation.
